The problem

Where the store was leaking.

The brand had been patching a heavily customized theme for two years. The PDP carried 14 apps, mobile add-to-cart was buried below the fold, and reviews lived in a widget that nobody scrolled to. GA4 and Shopify revenue disagreed by 11%.

Paid traffic from Meta was scaling. Conversion was not. CPA had drifted up 38% in six months and the founder was hesitating to scale further until the store could keep up.

What we changed.

    Design direction

    Rebuilt the homepage hero around offer clarity (problem → ingredient → outcome) instead of aesthetic. Editorial typography pulled forward, lifestyle photography pushed below the first viewport.

    Product page rebuild

    Ingredient-led objection handling above the fold, review snippet wired into the buy box, and a subscription-vs-onetime selector simplified to a single tap.

  3. 03

    Mobile UX

    Mobile sticky add-to-cart with variant collapse, image gallery condensed, and the FAQ block restructured into an inline accordion so it no longer pushed the buy box below the fold.

    Performance

    Eight PDP apps removed or replaced with native sections. LCP went from 4.2s to 1.6s on simulated slow 4G. CLS dropped to zero.

    Tracking & analytics

    Clean GTM container, GA4 enhanced ecommerce events, Meta Pixel rebuilt with deduplication, and server-side Conversions API wired from session one.
